What we are building
An AI receptionist for your phone line, with a full call-centre console behind it. The AI greets callers in a natural voice, understands what they say in their own words, and gives a spoken answer, takes a message or passes the call to a person, following rules you write without code. Easy mode keeps it to the screens an owner needs; Full mode opens queues, the dialler, reports and more.
You can do this today
- Set up a line in six steps: a phone line, a template, business hours, conversation patterns, a test, and switching the rules on.
- Start from a built-in template for your kind of business, or let the AI draft one from a description.
- Choose the AI voice callers hear, and try the whole conversation on screen with Talk to the AI.
- Use the screens in 29 languages, with English wherever a translation is still missing.
