Who handles your information

What the service stores

• Your account: your name, your business name and industry, your email address, and your password, which is stored only as a one-way hash.
• Your calls: the caller’s phone number, the call history, recordings and transcripts where they are made, and the messages callers leave.
• Your contacts: the names, phone numbers and email addresses you add.
• Records of consent, such as when a document was accepted.
• Sign-in records: when and how your account was signed in to, kept for its security.

Who else handles it

• Hosting: the service and its backups run on Hugging Face.
• Phone calls and text messages: Twilio, once your phone line is connected.
• AI voices: OpenAI or ElevenLabs, only when you choose one of their voices. They receive the words to be spoken.
• AI replies, drafts and call summaries: Anthropic’s Claude, or the AI SNS chat service, depending on the task. Phone numbers and email addresses are removed before a template draft is sent to the AI.
• Google, only if you choose to sign in with Google.

Cookies and browser storage

• A sign-in cookie keeps you signed in. Scripts on the page cannot read it.
• A device cookie remembers a browser you signed in on, for up to 90 days.
• Your browser remembers the language you chose.

Your choices

• You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen. Deleting it is permanent.
