Add a text snippet
Teach the agent a piece of text by pasting it in.

Steps
- Open Sources › Text snippets.
- If you have several AI agents, pick the agent in the list at the top right; sources belong to one agent.
- In Add text snippet, type a Title.
- Paste or type the text in Content. The counter shows the characters.
- Press Add snippet. The toast says Snippet added.

Troubleshooting
"This organisation has reached its knowledge base limit."
Delete sources you no longer need, or shorten long ones.
Tips
- One topic per snippet makes answers more precise.
Good to know
- Members can read sources; only workspace managers can add, change or delete them.
