Troubleshooting

A call does not play

“This sample could not be loaded. Please try again.”

Tips

  • Calls in the page’s language are listed first.
  • Under “Voice templates by business”, pick a “Business category” and press “Listen in Japanese” or “Listen in English” on a card to hear that business’s sample receptionist; “Show the conversation” shows the script.
  • Tap an industry under Industry examples near the top of the page to jump to that industry's voice template.
  • The industry row slides on its own: swipe it on a phone, use the arrow buttons on a computer, or press pause to stop it.
  • Press “Hear a call” at the top of the home page to jump to the voice templates.
  • Under “What Call does today”, each card’s “Learn more” opens the how-to for that feature.
  • In the demo call card at the top of the page, changing the category or the business keeps the language you picked.

Good to know

  • These are scripted samples with fictional businesses and people, marked “Sample”, not recordings of real calls. The voices are synthesized.
  • Audio loads only when you press play; nothing plays by itself.
  • The demo call card is recorded in Japanese and English. In the other languages, a business without a spoken demo in that language shows its conversation as text, with no play button.
