Type a line, pick a voice and hear it the way callers would, before it goes on a call.

Open this screen
Steps
- In the sidebar, open Voice › Voice playground.
- Under Filter, press Language or Country and choose one, then choose a Voice.
- Type in Text to speak, press a sample button, or pick a question under Read an answer from your knowledge base.
- Press Play. The take appears under Takes, where you can play it again or press Download.
- Adjust Voice settings and press Play again; press Use this voice to make it the workspace voice.

Troubleshooting
"No voice provider is connected yet, so there are no voices to try."
An administrator connects a voice provider; the voices then appear here.
"No voice matches this filter. Pick another, or a multilingual voice."
Choose another language or country, or All languages.
"Too many previews. Please try again in a little while."
Each new sample counts toward the workspace's 30 an hour. Wait, then play again.
Tips
- Takes are kept only in this browser tab.
- Voice-to-voice models are not offered: this page reads text aloud.
