Troubleshooting
"Write the reading in hiragana or katakana."
The reading on the marked row has other characters. Rewrite it in kana.
"Each word needs both how it is written and how it is read."
Fill in both boxes on the marked row, or remove the row.
"The same word is listed twice."
Remove one of the two rows with the same Written as.
