How do I search the how-tos?
Find the how-to for what you want to do by typing a few words, in your own language.

Open this screen
Steps
- Open “Help & support” and click “Search the how-tos”.
- Type what you want to do, for example “business hours” or “change email”. Matching words are highlighted.
- Move through the suggestions with the arrow keys and press Enter, or click a result in the list below.
- Press Esc to close the suggestions, and Esc again to clear the box. Press an area chip to search within one area.
Troubleshooting
Nothing matches
The page says “No how-to matches “{q}”. Try another word, or read the common questions below.” Try a shorter or different word.
Tips
- Japanese, Chinese and Korean need no spaces: 「営業時間を変更」 finds the business hours how-to.
- Full-width and half-width characters, upper and lower case, and katakana or hiragana all match each other.
Good to know
- Results are in your screen language; English matches rank lower.
