Troubleshooting
"Notion did not accept this token, or the page is not shared with the integration."
Check the token, and share the page with the integration in Notion.
Tips
- Create the token in Notion under Settings → Connections → Develop or manage integrations.
- When a banner says live calls do not use this knowledge base yet, what you add is stored and searchable but not read on a call until AI answering is configured for the service.
Good to know
- Pages shared publicly without a token cannot be read.
- Members can read sources; only workspace managers can add, change or delete them.
