Social profiles
Let your agent learn your public profile name and bio from your social media.
Where to find it
Sources › Social profiles
Open this screen
Steps
- In the sidebar, open Sources › Social profiles.
- If you have several AI agents, pick the agent in the list at the top right; sources belong to one agent.
- Read the tiles: Connected profiles, Passages, Recent videos read (YouTube only) and Platforms available.
- Under Connect a profile, paste a profile link next to its platform and press Connect.
- Check Connected profiles; remove one with Remove.
Settings on this screen
| Setting | What it does | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Connect a profile | Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube can be connected; X and TikTok are switched off. | — |
| Connected profiles | Each profile, its status and what was read. | — |
| Remove | The agent stops using that profile's name and bio. | — |
Troubleshooting
"Enter the link to a public Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or YouTube profile."
Paste the full link of a public profile on one of those platforms.
Tips
- For X or TikTok, paste the bio into a text snippet instead.
Good to know
- Only the public name and bio are read (and recent videos of a YouTube channel); post history is not.
- Members can read sources; only workspace managers can add, change or delete them.
