Find the API endpoints for calls and your agent, and open the full reference.

Voice › Voice overview › Developers
Open this screen
Steps
- Open Voice › Voice overview and press Open the page on Developers.
- Scroll to Public endpoints and read the Base URL.
- Press Copy on an endpoint row, for example GET /calls or POST /calls.
- Under Docs, press Open the API reference, or OpenAPI (JSON) for the machine-readable description.

Tips
- POST /calls passes the same compliance check as the desk.
- The note under the table says whether the agent answers through the API from your knowledge base.

- The webhooks endpoints need an admin key.
