Copy your organisation and agent IDs
Get the identifiers you need to call the public API.

Voice › Voice overview › Developers
Open this screen
Steps
- Open Voice › Voice overview and press Open the page on Developers.
- In Agent ID / API, press Copy next to Organisation ID or Organisation slug.
- Check API mode: Sandbox or Live.
- Choose the agent in AI agent and press Copy next to Agent ID.

Create one on AI agents › All agents; its ID then appears here.
Tips
- The Agent ID goes into the agent chat endpoint /api/v1/ai-agents/{id}/chat.
Good to know
- A toast says Copy failed when the browser blocks the clipboard; select and copy the value by hand.
