Your personal settings for theme, text size, focus mode, after-call work, going on break when idle, timezone, date format and audio devices.
Where to find it
Sidebar › sliders icon at the bottom › Preferences
Open this screenSteps
- At the bottom of the sidebar, press the sliders icon (its tooltip says “Preferences”).
- Change any setting. Each one is saved as soon as you change it; there is no save button.
- Press “Close” when you are done.

Troubleshooting
The device lists are empty
The page says “Grant microphone access to choose a specific device.” Allow microphone access in your browser, then open Preferences again.
Tips
- Timezone and date format are saved with your account; the other settings are your personal desk settings.
Good to know
- The sliders icon is in the sidebar, which is hidden on narrow screens such as phones.
