Search transcripts with speaker labels

Find what someone said across labelled call and meeting transcripts.

Voice profiles page: setup state, the profiles table with their buttons, What is stored and Recognition settings

Steps

  1. In the sidebar, open Voice › Voice profiles.
  2. Scroll to Search transcripts.
  3. Type words or a name and press Search.
  4. Each result shows Call # or Meeting #, the time in the recording, the speaker and what they said.

Tips

  • Open the call in Call history to read the whole labelled transcript.

Good to know

  • Only transcripts that were labelled (Label speakers) are searched.
