Quick replies & prompts
Keep reusable replies and prompt snippets and insert them into the agent's prompt.

Open this screen
Steps
- Open Voice › Agent voice and pick the agent in AI agent at the top right.
- In Quick replies & prompts, press Add.
- Enter a Title and the Reply or prompt text, then press Save.
- Press Insert into prompt on a reply to add it to the System prompt, then press Save in the bar at the bottom.
- Use Edit to change a reply, or Delete and confirm to remove it.

Troubleshooting
"This agent has reached its limit of 100 snippets."
Delete snippets you no longer use.
Tips
- Inserting a reply changes only the editor; nothing is saved until you press Save.
Good to know
- Only workspace managers can add, edit or delete replies.
