How do I change the language of the screens?
Show every screen in one of 29 languages. This changes your own screens only, not what callers hear.
Where to find it
Bottom of the sidebar, under your name (every signed-in screen) › Language
Open this screen
Steps
- At the bottom of the sidebar, open the language list (labelled “Language”).
- On a phone, the same list is in the bar at the top of the screen.
- Choose a language. The screens switch at once, and this browser remembers your choice.
- On a phone line’s rules page there is also a “Screen language” list that does the same.

Troubleshooting
Some words are still in English
A message that has no translation yet is shown in English. Everything else follows the language you chose.
Tips
- The language you used on the public website is kept after you sign in.
Good to know
- Callers still hear each phone line in its own language and voice; set those on the line.
- The choice is stored in this browser; on another browser, choose it again.
