Signing in with Google, a phone code or your organisation
Switched off until an operator turns it on
Use another sign-in method when the operator has switched it on. Each button appears only then.
Where to find it
Home page › Log in (/login)
Open this screen
Steps
- Open the sign-in page. Under “or” you see the methods that are switched on.
- Press “Continue with Google” to sign in with your Google account.
- Or press “Continue with phone (SMS)”: enter your “Phone number”, press “Send code”, type the “Six-digit code” and press “Verify and continue”.
- If your workspace uses single sign-on, press “Sign in with your organisation”.
Troubleshooting
It says Google sign-in is not set up
“Google sign-in is not set up on this server yet.” Sign in with your email address and password instead.
It says phone sign-in is off
“Phone sign-in is turned off.” Sign in with your email address and password.
Single sign-on did not finish
“Single sign-on did not complete. Please try again.”
It tells me to use single sign-on
“This workspace signs in through your organisation. Use the single sign-on button.”
Tips
- When single sign-on is required, administrators can still use a password, so a provider outage does not lock everyone out.
Good to know
- These methods are switched off until an operator turns them on; email and password always remain.
