How do I sign in?
Open your workspace with your email address and password.

Steps
- On the home page, press “Log in”.
- Enter your “Email” and “Password” (“Show” reveals the password).
- Press “Sign in”.
- If your account uses two-factor sign-in, enter your code on the next step. You then land in your workspace.
Troubleshooting
It says the email or password is wrong
“Incorrect email or password.” Check both, or use “Forgot password?”.
It says there were too many attempts
“Too many attempts. Try again shortly.” Wait a little, then try again.
Tips
- An unfinished new workspace opens the setup wizard first.
Good to know
- You must confirm your email address to finish setting up the account; the bar at the top of the screen reminds you until you do.
