How do I see this month’s usage?
Check how much your organisation has used since the first of the month, in money and in credits.

Steps
- Open “Plan & options” (owner or admin).
- Read “This month so far” at the top: “This month's usage” is the total so far, before tax.
- Below it, “Talk minutes”, “Credits left” and “Beyond the plan's credits” show what your plan covered and what went beyond it.
Troubleshooting
The panel says it could not load
“Could not load.” The usage could not be read just now. Reload the page.
I do not see the panel
It is shown to owners and admins only, and not in the read-only demo.
Tips
- The minutes are worked out from the current rate card, so they change when it changes.
Good to know
- The figures run from the first day of this month to today.
