Find callers left on a park slot and pick them up before they hang up.

Calls › Inbound ops › Calls left on hold

Steps
- Open Calls › Inbound ops. Calls left on hold appears when someone is parked.
- Read the slot, the caller, who parked them and how long they have waited.
- Press Pick it up to take the call.

- Nobody is waiting on a queue for these and no alert fires, so check here.
