Composer

Describe the phone agent you want; Composer asks what it needs, then proposes each change for you to approve.

Where to find it

AI agents › Composer

Open this screen
Composer on a computer: the message box with attach and microphone buttons, the starter ideas, and a conversation with change cards to approve or deny.

Steps

  1. Open AI agents › Composer.
  2. Type what you want in the box, for example appointment reception for a clinic, or click one of the starter ideas.
  3. Press Enter (or the send arrow). Composer answers, asks questions if it needs to, and shows proposed changes as cards.
  4. Read each card’s before and after, then press Approve or Deny.
  5. On an applied card, use Open the agent, Test in Playground or Open squads to check the result.

Troubleshooting

“Only workspace managers can build with Composer. You can still read its proposals.”

Ask a manager to build or approve changes.

Tips

  • Under each reply, Composer lists what it really did, for example which agents and squads it read and how many changes it proposed.
  • The same conversations appear in the box at the top of the Home dashboard.

Good to know

  • Nothing is written until you press Approve on that change; Deny is final.
  • Composer never deletes anything.
  • It can create or edit an agent and its prompt, its engine, voice, transcriber and model, and create or edit squads.
