Squads

Switched off until an operator turns it on

Put several AI agents on one call: the first answers, and hands the caller to another agent, for example for complaints or bookings.

Troubleshooting

“Vapi is not connected. The platform operator adds the Vapi API key on the System tab.”

Squads cannot be built until the operator adds the key.

A squad card shows Sync failed.

Check the members are still on the Vapi engine, then press Sync to Vapi again.

Tips

  • A card says Synced with the time, or Not synced to Vapi yet. Imported marks squads brought in from Vapi.

Good to know

  • Squads run on Vapi. They stay switched off until the platform operator adds the Vapi API key; until then the page says Vapi is not connected.
  • Only agents on the Vapi engine can be members; agents on the Grok engine cannot join.
