Steps
- Open Campaigns › Scripts, press Built with AI, then Or start from a product template.
- Choose the Product and Their industry.
- Choose the Call type: Outbound — we call them or Inbound — they call us, and optionally a Campaign.
- Read the preview under What it will write.
- Press Save this as a script, then edit it before you use it.

Troubleshooting
The option is not shown.
It appears only when your organisation has products. Add them under Products.
Tips
- Without a connected language model it uses the built-in writer, which still writes a complete, industry-specific script.

- Members can read scripts; managers and administrators create, edit and delete them.
