Explain your business and the call's purpose by voice or text and get a full script drafted from your words and your knowledge base.

Open this screen
Steps
- Open Campaigns › Scripts and press Built with AI.
- Under Describe what you need, type your business and what the call is for, or press Describe by voice and answer the questions out loud.
- Press Write the draft. The AI drafts the greeting, purpose, key questions, answers from your knowledge, objection handling, handoff and close.
- Check the Title and the Script. Replace every [[GAP]] with the real value.
- Press Save script, then attach it under Use this script.

Troubleshooting
"Fill in every [[GAP]] before saving."
A figure the AI could not find in your words or knowledge is marked [[GAP]]. Replace each one, then save.
"The AI could not write a draft just now. Please try again."

Tips
- It uses only your words and your knowledge base, and marks anything it could not find for you to fill in.
- Or start from a product template is one click away inside the same window.
Good to know
- Nothing is saved until you press Save script.
- Members can read scripts; managers and administrators create, edit and delete them.
