Tips
- The top line lists the placeholders a script can use, such as the contact's name and your company name; they are filled in for each call.
- Saving a script updates every line, agent and campaign that uses it; calls already in progress keep the version they started with.
- Each script shows its call type as a pill; filter the list by call type. A script built from an interview shows how many caller questions it covers.
- Business interviews you paused are listed at the top: open one to carry on.
Good to know
- Members can read scripts; managers and administrators create, edit and delete them.

- Start built by AI from a call type built by AI first asks what kind of call the script is for. Each of the 23 call types has its own structure and rules; the AI fills it with your agent's information and marks anything it does not know for you to fill in.
- Build a script from a business interview After you pick a call type, built by AI talks with you about your business, one question at a time, by text or voice. It reads your agent and knowledge bases first, asks about what callers really ask, and builds the diagram live as you answer.
