Troubleshooting
It says “The connection could not be made. Where both ends are behind a strict firewall a relay is needed — set one under Telephony & AI.”
A strict firewall blocked the connection. A relay server is needed; ask your platform operator.
Nothing happens when I press the button.
If you close the browser’s picker without choosing, nothing is shared. Press it again and choose a window.
Tips
- Close private windows before sharing your whole screen.
Good to know
- Available during a live call on the browser phone, when your line is connected.
- Your browser must support screen sharing.
