Delete an agent and restore it from the Trash
Remove an agent you no longer need, and bring it back within 30 days if you change your mind.

Steps
- Open AI agents › All agents and click the agent.
- Press Delete at the top of its page and confirm with Delete agent. The agent goes to the Trash.
- To bring it back, open the Trash under the agents list and press Restore.
- To remove it at once, press Delete for good and confirm. This cannot be undone.

Troubleshooting
“This organisation has reached its agent limit. Delete an agent before restoring this one.”
The Trash cannot restore an agent while you are at the limit. Delete another agent first, then press Restore.
Tips
- Several agents can be deleted at once from the list (select them, then Delete).
Good to know
- Deleted agents are kept for 30 days, then deleted for good.
- Only managers can delete and restore.
