Look up a phone number

Steps

1. Open Settings › Phone numbers and scroll to Look a number up.
2. Enter the number.
3. Press Look up.
4. Read the carrier, line type and country, and whether it came from the ninety-day cache or was looked up just now.

Tips

• Administrators also see here how many callers took a chat instead of waiting (Offered, Accepted, Queue time saved).

Good to know

• A result is kept for ninety days and reused.
