Rate a reply and teach the right answer
Mark replies as good or needing work, and save a corrected answer the agent will use from then on.

Steps
- Open AI agents › Playground, choose the agent and ask a question.
- Under the reply, press Good reply or Needs work.
- To correct it, press Edit, write the Correct answer and press Save and teach.
- The answer is saved to the agent’s Q&A. Press Undo beside Saved to Q&A to remove it again.

Tips
- Saved answers also appear on the agent’s What it learned page as answers saved by a person.
Good to know
- Only managers see Edit; others can rate.
