Auto-improve your Q&A
Let the AI merge duplicates and tidy answers for the phone, using only facts from your sources.

Open this screen
Steps
- Open Sources › Q&A and pick the agent.
- Press Auto-improve at the top right (shown when the agent has Q&A).
- Read the result: how many answers were improved and duplicates merged, each with what it came from.
- Press Done to keep it, or Undo to put every answer back as it was.
Troubleshooting
"A later change replaced this one. Revert the later change first."
Undo the newer improvement first.
"This change has already been reverted."
Nothing to do; the answers are already back.
Tips
- If more answers were not checked this time, run it again for the rest.
Good to know
- Every new answer uses only facts from your sources or from the answer it replaces; anything else is left as it was.
- Members can read sources; only workspace managers can add, change or delete them.
