How do I withdraw a plan change request?
Cancel a plan change request that the operator has not decided yet.

⚙️ Settings › Plan & options (Full mode) · 🏠 Essentials › Plan & options (Easy mode)
Open this screen
Steps
- Open “Plan & options” (owner or admin).
- The waiting request is shown at the top with its “Requested plan” and date.
- Press “Withdraw request”. The page shows “Request withdrawn.”
- You can now apply for a different plan.
Troubleshooting
It says the request has already been decided
“This request has already been decided.” The operator approved or declined it in the meantime. Reload the page to see the result.
Tips
- The card of the plan you asked for is marked “Requested” while the request waits.
Good to know
- A decided request cannot be withdrawn; send a new request instead.
