Does the AI give medical advice?
No. It handles appointment requests and general questions, never diagnosis or medical advice. Set it to tell callers that symptoms are discussed with the clinic.
What about urgent calls?
Urgent calls can be transferred to a person. You can also include wording that tells callers to contact emergency services in an emergency.
Will callers know they are talking to an AI?
By default the opening greeting says that an AI is answering. You can edit the wording and add your recording and transcription notice.
