How does Synthia show me where to click?
Let Synthia take you to the right screen and point at the control, or fill in a form for you to check and confirm.
Where to find it
The round chat button at the bottom right of every signed-in screen
Steps
- Ask Synthia how to do something.
- Under the answer, press “Show me” (or “Go there” for a whole page). The panel closes, the right screen opens and the control is highlighted.
- When offered, press “Do it for me”: Synthia opens the dialog and types the values in.
- Check what was filled in, then press the screen’s own button yourself to save.
Troubleshooting
The panel came back with a note
A step could not be done, for example because the control was not on screen. Read the note and follow the answer by hand.
Tips
- At most two of these helps are offered per answer.
Good to know
- “I only fill things in and point. Nothing is saved, sent or bought until you press the button yourself.”
- Synthia only offers actions your role is allowed to do.
