Troubleshooting
It says “You are not qualified for that shift, or you are already working that day.”
You lack the skill the shift needs, or you already have a shift that day.
It says “You cannot claim your own shift.”
Someone else has to pick up a shift you offered.
It says “They are no longer eligible — they have picked up another shift that day.”
The person who claimed it now works that day, so the swap cannot be approved.
It says “That offer has closed.” or “That shift is no longer available.”
Someone else took it first, or it was withdrawn.
Tips
- A claim is checked again at approval.
Good to know
- Offering a shift and creating overtime offers are not done on this screen.
