Troubleshooting

A shortcut does nothing

Shortcuts are ignored while you are typing in a field. Click outside the field first. Answer, hang up and mute only act when there is a call to act on.

Tips

  • In the command palette, start typing “Go to a screen, or find a customer…” and pick the result.

Good to know

  • Some descriptions in the shortcuts list are shown in English.
