  2. Tick Learn from calls.
  3. Leave Use new notes without asking me off if every note should wait for your approval.
  4. Leave Share what it learns across all callers off to keep each note for the caller it came from; tick Share contact details too only if shared notes may hold email addresses and phone numbers.

Settings on this screen

SettingWhat it doesDefault
Learn from callsOff by default. Turning it on changes what this agent does with a call, not just how it sounds.Off
Use new notes without asking meOff: every new note waits under Awaiting you. Nothing unapproved is used in a reply.Off
Share what it learns across all callersOff (recommended): a note is used only for its own caller. On: every caller benefits. Notes with an email address, phone number or postal address are held back automatically.Off
Share contact details tooOnly about email addresses and phone numbers, which are held back by default.Off

Tips

  • When you switch sharing on, you are told how many notes were shared and how many were held back as too personal. Switching it back off returns them to their callers.
  • With sharing and automatic use both on, a wrong fact from one caller can be repeated to the next until you remove it.

Good to know

  • Only managers can change the switches.
  • Passwords, card numbers and API keys are never shared.
