Troubleshooting

Learn from recent calls is greyed out.

No AI model is connected for this, so it cannot be done here yet.

“It has not tried to learn from a call yet.”

Press Learn from recent calls, or wait for calls with this agent.

Tips

  • The tiles show notes in use, notes awaiting you, how many people it knows, and forgotten notes.
  • A banner says when calls do not use these notes yet; then nothing on this page changes what a live call says.

Good to know

  • Passwords, card numbers and API keys are never shared, whatever you choose.
  • Only managers can change the switches and act on notes.
