Show the wallboard on a wall screen

Steps

1. On the computer connected to the wall screen, sign in and open “Wallboard” under Home.
2. If there is more than one wallboard, choose the one to show in the list at the top right.
3. Press “Full screen”. The browser fills the screen and the “Back to queues” button is hidden.
4. Leave it running: it refreshes every 6 seconds on its own.
5. To leave, press “Leave full screen” or Esc.

Tips

• A message set as the board's ticker scrolls across the top, and on every agent's screen too.

Good to know

• The screen must stay signed in; signing out stops the wallboard.
