Wallboard

Show the desk's live numbers large enough to read across the room: waiting calls, wait time, service level, agents, queues, today's leaderboard and alerts.

Where to find it

Home › Wallboard (Full mode)

Open this screen
The wallboard: large coloured tiles, then Queues, Leaderboard today and Alerts panels.

Steps

  1. Open “Wallboard” under Home, or press “Wallboard” at the top of the Home dashboard.
  2. Read the tiles; their colour changes when a threshold is crossed (for example “Calls waiting”, “Longest wait”, “Service level”, “Agents ready”, “Handled today”, “Abandon rate”).
  3. Below, “Queues” lists each queue's waiting calls and service level, “Leaderboard today” the top agents, and “Alerts” the open alerts.
  4. If your workspace has more than one wallboard, choose it in the list at the top right.
  5. Press “Full screen” for the wall display (see “Show the wallboard on a wall screen”).

Troubleshooting

It stays on “Starting the wallboard…”.

The first figures have not arrived. Check the connection and reload.

The wallboard shows an error instead of the numbers.

After three missed refreshes in a row it says what went wrong. Until then it keeps the last good figures. Reload when the connection is back.

“All thresholds clear”

No alert is open: nothing needs attention.

Tips

  • Choose the tiles, name and ticker message of each wallboard under Reports › Wallboards.

Good to know

  • It refreshes every 6 seconds; nothing on it needs a mouse.
