What a visitor experiences on a lead flow's form

Know what your website visitor sees and hears: the form, the consent, the demo, and the AI call back that checks their details.

Where to find it

The flow's form link (Talk to an AI agent)

The public form: name, phone, email and the consent box.

Steps

  1. The visitor opens the form and enters Your name, Phone and Email.
  2. They tick the box that says an AI agent from your company will call this number after the demo. Without it, the demo does not start.
  3. They press Continue to the demo and play a sample call with a fictional business to the end.
  4. Within a minute the AI agent calls. It says first that it is an AI agent calling from your company about the demo, and asks how the demo was.
  5. Then it checks their details: it reads back their name, their phone number digit by digit and their email letter by letter, and asks for their company name. If something is wrong, they say the right value and the AI reads it back once more.
  6. It asks what they would like their own call agent to do, then whether they would like a more detailed onboarding call or setup help. A yes is put through to your transfer number; with no number, the AI says someone will follow up.

Troubleshooting

"This number already had a call from us today."

A number gets at most one AI call a day. The visitor can try again tomorrow.

"Play the demo to the end first."

The call is only queued once the demo has really played.

The visitor was not called.

Calls follow your calling hours and do-not-call rules. The lead's detail in Web leads shows the reason.

Tips

  • The form shows in the visitor's language, and the call is in that language unless the flow sets a Call language.

Good to know

  • The call is short and ends by itself at the flow's call limit.
  • A real end-to-end call on a live phone has not been verified yet.
