Steps
- On the Campaigns tab, read the Calls column: "… refused by the rules" counts the numbers that were not called.
- Match the reason below. Most refusals need no action: the rule protects the person called.
- No cold call waits for calling hours, a holiday or a limit any more: those rules were removed.
Troubleshooting
"Cold calls are allowed to Japanese numbers only."
Only Japanese numbers (country code 81) are cold-called.
"This kind of number (free-phone, premium or emergency) is never cold-called."
Remove it from your list.
"This number is on your do-not-call list. It is never called again."
Leave it.
"Cold calls to US numbers are switched off."
US cold calls are off.
Tips
- Each number is checked against your do-not-call list when it is called. A number that refuses is never called again.
Good to know
- Cold calls are off until the platform operator turns them on, for the whole service or for your organisation only, and reviews your organisation; your organisation's own switch must be on too.
