Attach a script to a line, campaign or batch call
Make a phone line, a call campaign or a batch call follow a script.
Where to find it
Campaigns › Scripts › Built with AI › Use this script
Open this screen
Steps
- Save a script with Built with AI. The Use this script section appears.
- To use it on a phone line, choose the line in Phone line (incoming and agent calls on it) and press Attach to line.
- To use it for a campaign or batch, choose it in Call campaign or batch call and press Use as calling instructions.
- Check the confirmation: calls on the line, or the campaign's or batch's calling instructions, now come from this script.

Troubleshooting
"Fill in every [[GAP]] before saving."
Replace every [[GAP]] in the script first.
Tips
- Attaching does not switch anything on or place any call.
Good to know
- Members can read scripts; managers and administrators create, edit and delete them.
Related how-tos
- Scripts Keep the call scripts your staff and AI agents follow: write them, draft them with AI, draw them as diagrams and attach them to lines, campaigns and batch calls.
- Draft a script with AI (Built with AI) Explain your business and the call's purpose by voice or text and get a full script drafted from your words and your knowledge base.
- Phone lines See every phone line, whether your AI agent answers it, and open a line to set its number, AI agent, language, hours and who callers are put through to.
- Call campaigns Group your calling work: each campaign sells one product or service to one list, with a daily call target and its progress.
- Outbound call agents (AI batches) Have your AI agent call a list of numbers, one at a time, with the goal and calling instructions you set, and see what came of each call.
