Troubleshooting
It says “A number is required.”
Type the number before pressing “Ring them in”.
It says “That meeting has ended.”
You cannot add people to an ended meeting.
It says “Speaker labels need setup.”
A speech-to-text service is not set up for your workspace, so speakers cannot be labelled yet.
Tips
- Each person shows how they joined: browser, dialled in, or rung by you.
Good to know
- The meeting recording is sent for labelling and not kept.
- Ringing people in works when your phone line is connected.
Related how-tos
- Meetings Keep your team’s meeting rooms, schedule meetings, run them and keep shared notes and a speaker-labelled transcript.
- Speaker labels: who said what See who spoke when in a call's or meeting's recording, by name for known voices, and correct a label.
- Voice profiles Register known voices, with consent, so call and meeting transcripts show their name instead of Person A.
