Generate, edit and rank cold-call patterns

Switched off until an operator turns it on

Have the AI write the openers, hooks, questions and objection replies your cold calls use, edit or retire them, and see which work best.

Where to find it

Campaigns › Cold calls › Call patterns

Open this screen
The Pattern library: Generate and Export CSV buttons, the report banner and the patterns table.

Steps

  1. Open Campaigns › Cold calls, the Call patterns tab, and choose the Campaign.
  2. Press Generate cold-call patterns with AI. The banner says how many of the target were made and what was not saved, and which facts to add to your knowledge base for more.
  3. Press Edit to change a pattern's text, Stop using to retire it, or Bring back to use it again. Export CSV downloads the library.
  4. Open Top patterns to see each pattern's interest, call-back and refusal rates once it has enough answered calls.

Troubleshooting

"Not saved:" lists reasons such as fact not in your knowledge base or banned claim or promise.

Generated patterns are checked: no prices, no claims your knowledge base does not state, no pressure, and openers must name your business, that it is an AI and the purpose. Add the listed facts to your knowledge base and generate again.

Top patterns says Not enough data yet.

A pattern shows a rate only after enough answered calls (the number is above the table).

Tips

  • Patterns are guidance the AI says in its own words. They are never read out, and never replace the fixed opening.
  • The same checks apply when you edit a pattern.

Good to know

  • Cold calls are off until the platform operator turns them on, for the whole service or for your organisation only, and reviews your organisation; your organisation's own switch must be on too.
  • Rates are estimates from your own calls, not results to quote. The system may retire a pattern that does clearly worse; you can bring it back.
