Steps
- Open AI agents › Conversation AI.
- Under Search every transcript, type a phrase, a competitor or a promise.
- Press Search (or Enter).
- Press Open on a result to read the transcript, with the signals found and, when there is one, which parts of the approved talk track appeared.

Troubleshooting
“Nothing matches.”
Try fewer or different words.
“No transcript stored for this call.”
That call has no saved transcript.
Tips
- The transcript marks who spoke (Agent or Customer) and the time of each line, when known.
Good to know
- Only calls with a stored transcript can be found.
