See which weekdays run above or below the average, learned from your call history.

Calls › Staffing ops › Seasonality
Open this screenSteps
- Open 📞 Calls › Staffing ops and choose the “Seasonality” tab.
- Read the line under “The shape of a week”: how many days it learned from and the average calls a day.
- Read the table: for each weekday, how it runs against the average (“Runs at”), its average and how many weeks were seen.

Troubleshooting
It says “No inbound history yet.”
There are no inbound calls to learn from yet.
It says there are only a few weeks of history.
At least 4 weeks are needed to claim a pattern. Until then the forecast is used flat.
