Close a gap: add a caller's question as Q&A
Turn a question your agent could not answer into a Q&A it can.

Open this screen
Steps
- Open Sources › Suggestions with View on Gaps and Show on Open.
- Use Filter, Sort and the search box to find the question.
- Press Add as Q&A, choose the AI agent, adjust the Question and write The agent's answer, then press Add as Q&A.
- Press Dismiss for a question you do not want to answer. To dismiss several, tick them and press Dismiss in the bar.
- Under Show › Dismissed, press Move back to open to bring one back.

Tips
- Not covered by your sources is the most critical gap: nothing in the knowledge base answers it.
- Test calls are marked Test call.
Good to know
- Members can read sources; only workspace managers can add, change or delete them.
