Add numbers to the do-not-call list, or remove one

Where to find it

  3. Or paste many in Or paste many, one per line (admins and managers).
  4. Press Suppress number (or Import list for a pasted list). The page says how many were suppressed and how many could not be read.

Troubleshooting

"That number could not be read as a phone number."

Include the country code, or fill in the Country.

"Paste at least one number."

The pasted list was empty.

"{n} suppressed, {skipped} unreadable"

Some lines were not numbers; fix them and import those again.

"You do not have permission for this action."

Importing lists and removing numbers needs the admin or manager role; a number blocked for all organisations only the platform operator can remove.

Tips

  • Remove a number only if the person asked to be called again.

Good to know

  • The suppression list is your organisation's own: it blocks your calls, not other organisations'.
