Troubleshooting
A number shows "All organisations" and has no Remove button.
It blocks the number for every organisation on this service. Only the platform operator can remove it.
I cannot see the 7-day figures or Refused dial attempts.
They are shown to admins and managers only.
Tips
- Blocks are evidence the controls work. A rule that never fires is worth checking.
- Every country except the UAE: there are no calling hours, no calling holidays and no limit on calls per number. Calls go out at any time. UAE numbers (+971): calls only 09:00–18:00 Dubai time, at most 1 call a day and 2 a week to a number that did not answer, and never again after the person declined. These are UAE legal limits (Cabinet Resolution 56/2024).
Good to know
- A suppressed number is refused before the carrier is ever asked to dial it, and the matching contact is marked do-not-call.
