How do I ask Synthia for my own numbers?
Get your calls, lines, AI agents, contacts, campaigns and usage from your own dashboard, each with the screen it comes from.
Where to find it
The round Synthia button at the bottom right of every signed-in screen
Steps
- Open Synthia and ask in your own words, for example “How many calls did we get today?”.
- Synthia reads the number from your dashboard and answers with it. Under the answer, “From your dashboard” shows each number with its period and timezone.
- Check “Source” to see which screen shows the same number, and press “Open this screen” to go there.
- Ask for another period if you need one: yesterday, the last 7 days or this month.
Troubleshooting
It says “Here is what your dashboard shows right now.”
Synthia could not put the numbers into words safely, so it shows them exactly as your dashboard has them. Read them in the box under the answer.
It says “No data for this period yet.”
Your dashboard has no records for that period. Ask for a longer one, such as this month.
Tips
- Days are counted in your organisation’s timezone: the timezone of your main phone line, or Japan time when none is set.
Good to know
- Synthia only reads numbers. It never changes, sends or deletes anything.
- You see your own organisation only. Team, usage and settings are shown to its owners and admins.
