See who is out of adherence and how today is going
See who is not where their shift says right now, how today’s calls compare with the forecast, and who could move between inbound and outbound.

Open this screenSteps
- Open 📞 Calls › Staffing ops and choose the “Today” tab.
- Read “Out of adherence right now”: each person on shift whose status does not match, with the reason.
- Read “Rest of the day”: calls so far against those expected by now, the revised total and the advice.
- Read “Move people between inbound and outbound”: suggested moves per queue. Nothing is moved automatically.

Troubleshooting
“Rest of the day” says “No forecast exists for today to compare against.”
Build today’s forecast on Workforce with “Rebuild forecast”.
Tips
- “Running hot” suggests overtime or moving agents off outbound; “Running light” suggests releasing hours.

- Moving people is a recommendation only.
